HOG Activity Card Program  -

What is it?   A program to reward participation in the chapter activities.

How does it work?  When you participate, volunteer, etc. at a function, an officer will initial a square on the back of your card.  Full cards (10 squares) can be redeemed for a prize (TBA) and then the card is put in for an end of year drawing for a very nice prize at our Dec meeting.

After you redeem your full card, you then simply get another card and keep going. There is no limit on how many cards you can enter per year.

Please print your name on your card. Keep it in your wallet or purse so you’ll never forget it.

The card must be full (10 Squares filled), no partial cards accepted, no credit given for partial/lost cards. You cannot get a card signed for anyone else, they must be present to get it signed. It is your responsibility to keep up with your card and get it signed. There will be no “owed” points. Cards will carryover from year to year, thus you don’t have to start a new card every January.

You name must be on our Hammond HOG Membership Roster to participate, thus you must be a full or associate national HOG member.

Officers are excluded from this program (and their spouse or significant other).

Credits will be given for:

            Monthly meetings

            Monthly rides (not pick up rides)

            Leading a ride (one for riding, one for leading)

            LOH functions

            Volunteer work at meetings and functions

            New member referral, must be present w/ new member

If you don’t have one, you need to come to a HOG function and get one now. If you catch me on my bike or at the HHD store, I’ll have some with me.
